Amsale Geletu, President, CEO has been in the parking industry for over 22 years. While attending college she was employed as a cashier for a local parking company and won her first contract in 1988 to lease and manage the parking facility for the Holiday Inn in downtown Baltimore. Since then the company has grown from employing three people to a staff of over 110 employees. In 2004, PMS expanded parking operations to the Washington DC. And Northern Virginia area with Laz Parking as a partner and manages 63 automated garages and lots with 72,000 parking spaces in that contract alone. Amsale is a member of the African –American steering Committee of the Walters Art Museum, an active participant in Baltimore City’s after school institute and a board member of the Ethiopian American Constituency. She is also a co-founder and a board member of the US cares for Ethiopia foundation, whose mission is to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Ethiopia. She has received numerous awards and recognitions – presidential award, small business of the year 2003; Congressional achievement award, 1998; State of Maryland Governmental award Minority Business of the year 2005, just to name a few.
Samson Saifu, Vice President, General Manager, has 30 years of experience in the parking industry with extensive operational, budget management, business development and supervisory responsibilities as an employee with local and national firms, and as an owner/operator of his own company. He has served on the Board of the National Parking Association and Certification Committee for a number of years and serves as Treasurer of the Baltimore Parking Association.
