Baltimore Parking Authority

PMS currently operates several locations for the Baltimore City Parking Authority.  The locations support commercial business, retail, night life, local arenas and both stadiums.  PMS was instrumental in piloting the city’s first “cashierless” system assisting with the equipment installation, the educating process with the customers and the design of the reports needed for all parties.

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)

PMS in partnership with LAZ Parking manages over 45,000 spaces for WMATA in Maryland, DC and Virginia.

The Holiday Inn Inner Harbor

The Holiday Inn Inner Harbor was PMS first commercial client.  PMS has managed this facility for over 15 years.  Through its lease with the Holiday Inn, PMS has invested in facility design and technology.

Hilton Baltimore Convention Hotel

A recent addition, PMS was asked to assume parking management at the Hilton, Baltimore’s Convention Hotel. In the first month of operation PMS managed to increase revenues by 15%.  PMS provides a full service valet with customer service as its primary objective.
