Payments after the 5th of the month are considered late and the late fee of $20 must be paid along with the monthly rate. When paying, you can select the ‘Pay Different Amount’ option when applying the late fee. Please keep in mind that the $2 surcharge also still applies.

We have waiting lists for our lots. Because our Park & Franklin lot is in high demand, the waiting list for this specific location is 6 months to 1 year. This is the ideal waiting time, but it can extend to a longer period. If you wish to be added to our waiting list, please submit your name, phone number, and the lot you are interested in here.
(NOTE: Mulberry & Diamond is still closed due to sinkhole/construction)
Our applications can be found in the Monthly Parking page on our website. Please select the option ‘Application for Monthly Permit Card’. If you are comfortable with our application, please fill out and fax application to 410.385.8966. (NOTE: Our applications are undergoing some changes. Please provide an email address on your application as well as a current phone number.) Once we receive your application, we will contact you to verify your parking lot choice and confirm payment.
NOTE: APPLICATIONS MUST BE FILLED OUT FIRST BEFORE PAYMENT CAN BE MADE.

Refund Policy: No refunds unless permit is turned in to the office prior to the fifth day of the month.
